We offer a fully functional trial version of our software for you to carry out a complete evaluation of our software prior to purchase. Help and support for our software is also available on our web site. Please make sure that our software meets your needs before you purchase.

Software that has been downloaded, purchased and registered from our web site cannot be returned or refunded. Software that has been purchased from a reseller, installed and registered also cannot be returned or refunded. This policy is in line with generally accepted best practices for software sold with a free trial.

For cases other than those listed above, the refund on a credit card can take up to 4 weeks depending on the credit card company. Therefore the credit charge and the credit refund may not appear on the same monthly statement.
